Ascent and two other CEDU programs were purchased by UHS and continue/(d) to reportedly operate in the same method and under the same leadership as when owned by CEDU. UHS has multiple problems and also owns the notoriously abusive Provo Canyon School in Utah. He has reportedly been demoted from Executive Director to Marketing/Outreach after an alleged assault on a student. (based on e-mail from parent of recent student in October, 2010) |
