*(Chrysalis Academy/School, like many other programs in this industry, keeps a "tight lid" on any specific information regarding their staff, qualifications, and practices.  Please contact us with the names of any staff of which you have firsthand knowledge or experience.  Thank you for your help.)
This program is sister to Lake House Academy in North Carolina.  HEAL is currently investigating both programs based on concerns with leadership's former roles at Aspen Education Group programs.  Many Aspen programs have closed or been closed by authorities due to fraud and abuse.  This raises serious concerns regarding any similar programs, especially those that embrace leadership from such programs.
Chrysalis Academy also partners with InnerChange in Orem, UT.  Source: (Norton says that site is unsafe.)  And, InnerChange appears to be a re-branding of New Haven RTC in Orem, same exact staff.  See:  Partnering with New Haven/Inner Change seriously brings Chrysalis School's legitimacy into question.  This is further complicated by the lack of transparency regarding program details and staff qualifications and changing names and locations somewhat frequently.  All of these issues raise serious concerns regarding Chrysalis' agenda.
In addition, this program appears to be owned and operated by the Solacium Holdings LLC which appears to have changed its name to InnerChange.  There is a lot of "three card monty" surrounding these shell holding companies and their ever-changing programs, names, and locations.  Based on this alone, HEAL would advise against placing any child in any Solacium/Chrysalis program.
