We advise current and/or former staff to report any abuses you may have witnessed while working at Next Step for Success.  For information on your rights and how to take action, visit www.heal-online.org/blowthewhistle.htm.  If you were fired or forced to resign because you opposed any illegal and/or unethical practices at Next Step for Success, you have the right to take action.

It is HEAL's opinion that these people are scammers who are operating as self-proclaimed experts.  They have a long history working with shady programs such as CEDU Family of Services.  HEAL is concerned that this "coaching" service is so intermingled with abusive programs and we are concerned that it may refer to abusive programs.

UPDATE: On February 16th, 2020 HEAL Mission volunteers seeking to contact Next Step visited their website and see it is now owned by an entirely different entity trying to help entrepreneurs get started and no longer a residential youth services provider of any sort.  So, based on this we've concluded it to be closed.  The site is now owned by someone named Dana Beck who to our knowledge was never affiliated with the Valentines.
