During the past 6 years Derrick has worked as the Executive Administrator of
ABLE Inc., C.E.O. of Positive Impact of Southern Utah and Founder of Turning
Point Family Care. Cook is also the current clinical director for
Wilderness Quest in Monticello, UT. Turning Point at Granita Park was
sued for multiple abuses including
of sexual abuse of a female minor. Additional complaints include:
