| HEAL received an inquiry regarding this program from a parent in July of 2010. We have received no complaints or reports in regards to this program. Our primary red flag at this point is that it is a "proud member" of NATSAP which includes numerous fraudulent and abusive programs in its membership. We are investigating. | ||
