| HEAL's concerns include the apparent high staff turnover rate implied by the above. We update the staff information on programs at least annually and the turnover rate at Bancroft NeuroHealth is a serious concern. It is also a concern that they allowed someone convicted of drunk driving to drive residents of the program and hired that person specifically to perform the job of driving for the Bancroft programs. It is also a concern that their accreditation comes from CARF, which has and continues to "accredit" abusive programs throughout the country.
